MEET ALICE
Hi, I am Alice — certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and co-founder of Blomma Coaching. For years, I struggled with restrictive diets because I did not know how to manage my emotional eating. Inspired by my own healing process, I created The Mindful Eating Journey to help others transform their relationship with food and body.
Many of us turn to food to regulate emotions, but I have learned that true freedom comes from understanding not just what we eat, but why, when, and how we eat. The key to lasting change is addressing the underlying causes — not just the symptoms. That is why I guide my clients to reconnect with their bodies and build a more peaceful, nourishing relationship with food — one that supports natural weight balance, without restrictive dieting or guilt.
In my coaching, I offer a supportive, judgment-free space to explore emotional patterns, regulate stress, and build steady, sustainable rhythms. My travels to South America have further shaped my holistic approach to wellness. Exploring the healing properties of herbs, nutrients, and spices, I have discovered the intricate connection between nourishment and overall well-being — physical, mental, and spiritual.
These journeys also deepened my understanding of mindfulness, minimalism, impermanence, and the importance of letting go. At the heart of my practice are the values that guide every coaching relationship: empathy, trust, safety, and respect. Together, we focus on simple, meaningful shifts that support both your physical vitality and emotional harmony — even amidst the demands of everyday life.

MEET VICTORIA
After I passed the bar exam in Switzerland, I moved to Hong Kong where I worked in an international company for more than four years. During my professional experiences, the part of the job that I enjoyed the most was working with clients to help them resolve their issues.
Furthermore, I have always had a strong interest in psychology and have been focusing on my own personal development over the past few years. This led me to enroll in a coaching program to do what I feel strongly about: helping people live better lives.I coach individuals from various backgrounds by understanding their unique stories and helping them unlock their potential through practicing positive psychology. I also incorporate insights from my own personal growth into the work I do.
